We aim to ship most in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you place your order before 12 PM (AEST), we’ll do our best to dispatch it the same day.
Shipping Rates:
Orders over $50 AUD → Free standard shipping
Orders under $50 AUD → $9 AUD flat-rate standard shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
If no one is available to receive the package, Australia Post may take it to the nearest post office unless you have selected an option for safe drop-off. If the parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
